The 2023 model continues the second Venza generation but arrives with the all-new Nightshade Edition. The new Toyota Audio Multimedia system premiers, and a 12.3-inch touch screen is standard with most trim levels.
The same powertrain is used for all 2023 Toyota Venza models available at Boch Toyota. It’s a hybrid powertrain with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with three electric motors. That setup combines for 219 horsepower. All-wheel drive is standard. Two of the electric motors power the front axle, and the gas engine combines with the third motor to power the rear. Trailering equipment is optional, and with that upgrade, the Venza can tow up to 3,500 pounds.
The current-generation Venza is an IIHS Top Safety Pick. The LE comes with an 8-inch infotainment touch screen with Amazon, Android and Apple capabilities. It includes a rearview camera system, adaptive cruise control, frontal collision mitigation, lane departure mitigation and lane keeping. The LE is among the most affordable options in the segment. The XLE adds many creature comforts and technologies. The Nightshade Edition is similar to the XLE but with an exclusive appearance package, and the Limited delivers a luxury experience with advanced tech like a head-up display.
The LE is available in Black, Blueprint, Coastal Gray Metallic and Titanium Glow as standard options and Ruby Flare Pearl and Wind Chill Pearl as premium choices. Beyond the base trim, Celestial Black is added to the premium color options.
