Dealer requested and got goodwill warranty extension from Toyota to replace defective media unit after initial fix failed a couple days later, at about 10% past mileage limit, with main problem an echo on hands-free phone that made it unusable, and home state now requiring hands-free phone use.

My service associate for 30 years. I drive 40 miles to Boch Toyota because of Larry. I have a Toyota dealer 15 minutes from where I live but choose Boch.
